Head Chef and owner Jim Richard grew up around family-owned restaurants dating back to the late 30s. After graduating from the Culinary Institute of America in New York, he found his way back to Louisiana to open Trenasse. He and his collaborating chefs focus on Gulf Coast cuisine with a south Louisiana flair, including their signature “Oysters All Day. All Ways.”
