COVID-19 Travel Information 

Our highest priority is the health and well being of our guests and employees. With that in mind we wanted to update you on the actions we have taken in response to the outbreak.

Modified Services

InterContinental New Orleans is open and awaits your arrival.   We have raised the bar on our cleanliness standards to provide you a safe experience with the level of luxury you have come to expect from our hotel.   We have implemented IHG’s Way of Clean program, which includes deep cleaning with hospital-grade disinfectants in the guest rooms and public spaces.  Guests at our hotel may see colleagues taking a variety of additional steps to protect health and safety such as maintaining social distancing, using personal protective equipment such as masks and gloves, conducting visible and more frequent deep cleaning of high touch surfaces in public areas.  The following services are currently suspended:

  • Valet Parking is available at $52.85 with tax overnight/per night. Self-Parking is available at the cost of $28.11 with tax overnight/per night
  • In-Room Dining/Room Service – closed
  • Pete's:  Open, 7 days a week, Dining Room:  6:30am – 10:30am, breakfast.   Thursday through Sunday:  4pm to 7pm for drinks and light bites
  • Trenasse Restaurant:   Monday – Saturday:  11am to 10pm, lunch and dinner. Sunday:  10am to 10pm, brunch and dinner.  Reservations recommended.
  • Pool: Open 7am to 7pm, weather permitting
  • Fitness Center:  Open 24 hours a day
  • Housekeeping:   No daily housekeeping services.  Requests for amenities, such as towels, coffee, toiletries, please dial 0
